Park Place

Part of the Concord Park Place community in North York with over 5,000 total homes, Concord Park Place is the second largest master-planned community in Toronto, second only to Concord CityPlace. Here, FCCP was contracted to complete PDIs for 3 buildings and a total of 6 towers.

Maverick

Empire Communities presents a grand tower of 49 storeys rising above King West and boasting a 100/100 Walk Score. Empire Maverick Condos will be an upscale living destination for those who crave the excitement of King West. Here, FCCP was contracted to complete PDIs with Empire Canada’s homeowners.

Exchange District

Exchange District is a new urban master-planned community destination coming to downtown Mississauga. Comprising four residential metal and glass towers constructed with rotating offset symmetrical blocks and jewel-box beacon tops in fuchsia, yellow, and blue, Exchange District is positioned to evolve the Mississauga skyline and reinvigorate its city centre

Peter & Adelaide

Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, Peter & Adelaide uses a series of framed openings that incorporate the heritage structures at its base, the building’s unique design pays homage to the warehouse district’s rich architectural history. Here, FCCP completed both Quality Control inspections to assist the Customer Service and Construction teams, as well as PDIs with homeowners.

Charisma Condominiums

Charisma Condos is a master-planned community by Greenpark homes, located in the blossoming Jane & Rutherford neighborhood of Vaughan. steps from Vaughan Mills, and only a short distance from the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre and the subway to the city. Boasting over 1300 suites between 5 towers, FCCP has already completed PDIs in Phase 1, with Phase 2 scheduled to begin in Q4 of 2024.

Victory Green is located in a very amenity-rich area of Markham where residents will have easy access to some of the city’s best lifestyle amenities. A charming residential area, bordered by the Rouge River, and just minutes from the 407, the name comes from a cider mill on the east side of the river valley. Known for its heritage conservation district, Vinegar Hill is located just south of the historic village of Markham, and has many homes reflecting its rich history.
